  • How long does the shipping process take?
    At Cannabliss, we offer complimentary 2-day air shipping via USPS and UPS. Overnight or next-day shipping is also available at an additional cost. Please consult with our sales representative on telegram or Signal to discuss your preferred shipping method.
  • How and when will I receive my tracking number?
    If you place your order before our cut-off time of 2 PM PST, your order will be confirmed and tracking number will be available by 3 PM PST, and your package will be dropped off the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Your tracking number will be sent via the corresponding chat platform by our sales rep, no later than 3 PM PST.
  • How To palce your order?
    - You can purchase products directly on our website if you prefer credit/debit card payment, and order confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you. - For other payment method: Please add all the items you'd like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once there, take a screenshot of your product list and reach out to our sales representative via Telegram or Signal chat. They will assist you with your order promptly.
  • Secret Menu and Verification?
    To gain access to our exclusive Potato and Telegram secret menu, please reach out to our sales representative via Telegram or Signal for a verification call. Completing the verification process is required to become a shopper through our secret menu. If you have any questions or concerns, we're also available for a FaceTime call. Simply send your verification inquiry to our team through Telegram or Signal.
  • Is every package fully insured?
    Yes, at Cannabliss, we provide 100% insurance on all packages during transit. If a package is lost, stolen, or held during transit, we will issue a full replacement or a full refund for that specific order. However, once the tracking status shows the package as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please consult with our sales representative before placing your order.
